e-tax-refund

Just 4 working days after submitting my tax return electronically, my tax refund is now sitting in my bank account having been paid direct by bank transfer.

This really is how e-government should work! I am well impressed by the whole experience.

Contrast this with paying for my Road Tax disc at the Post Office on Tuesday where they will only accept cash or cheques, and don't even allow debit or credit card payments. How antiquated!!
