I re-examined the distribution of RSS version usage for my weblog, following a query on why I see RSS 2.0 as the "natural" version to base any "real RSS standard" on:

Bear in mind these numbers are based on _number of requests_ for each of the feed types, so are not directly comparable with figures on Distribution of RSS Versions from the Syndic8 website.
Having said that, my new figures clearly seem to show the ascendancy of RSS v2.0, although given that is the feed version I recommend, it may just be a self-fulfilling prophesy! Don't forget, you can always prove _anything you want_ with statistics!
