How Many Starbucks Does A Town Need?

I've previously mentioned that I thought Chiswick was a really posh place because it had THREE Starbucks.

Well, it just got even posher! - A FOURTH Starbucks has now opened!

Just how many Starbucks does a town need?
Is four in the space of 500 yards a record?
