Here's my vote for the most stupid way to run a website:
The [requested report] is not currently available, please try again later. ... Please note, this service is only available between the hours of 7am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturdays [UK time]
So, the 24 by 7 website for this particular company only operates during UK extended office hours? Duh!
I can buy the need for some functions of a web site to be offline for a systems maintenance window each week, but 83 hours per week is just total overkill!
Even after all this time, some people still don't get the Internet phenomenon, do they?
