To help clarify the semantics of WS-Policy operators and @wsp:Optional, [here] is an *.asmx endpoint, graciously hosted by Pluralsight, that implements three request-response SOAP message pairs: one pair that normalizes a Policy Expression, one that merges one or more policy expressions, and one that intersects one or more policy expressions.
