Yesterday saw the birth of a new music venue in Seattle. Linda and I went to the opening night at the WaMu Theater for a concert by Seal - a pop/rock star who was big in the UK in the early 1990's with music described as an interesting fusion of pop, soul, folk, dance and rock.
As the first night reviews say, the venue is a little strange at first (it's basically a concert hall made out of curtains!), but you soon forget all about that when the main concert starts and you hear the great sound quality that the venue can deliver.
